Streamline prep and frozen storage with the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-WTLR. This two-section, 48" worktop freezer combines a sturdy prep surface and a 4" backsplash with 13.28 cu. ft. of capacity, helping chefs and operators consolidate workflows and free up valuable floor space.
Self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration keeps product cold while the electronic control with LED display makes checks and adjustments fast at the line. Field-reversible solid doors (one left-hinged, one right-hinged) adapt to your layout so teams can load, grab, and go without bottlenecks.
Organize SKUs on two epoxy-coated shelves per section and roll the unit as-needed for cleaning or overnight resets using the included casters. A stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior stand up to daily wear, while 115v operation with a NEMA 5-15P plug simplifies installation.
