The Traulsen CLUC-48R-SD-WTLR delivers 13.28 cubic feet of cold storage in a compact 48-inch footprint to keep ingredients close to the line. A high-quality stainless steel exterior paired with an anodized aluminum interior provides durability and easy cleanup. The electronic control with digital LED display ensures accurate temperature management, maintaining product between 32°F and 41°F. High-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation enhances energy performance, while the self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system is easy to clean and maintain.
Built for efficient workflow, the field-reversible solid doors feature a 105° stay-open position for quick loading during peak service. Two adjustable heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelves allow flexible configurations for a variety of pans and containers. A set of four 4-inch casters with front locks simplifies positioning.
