The Champion PP-10 pot & pan washer streamlines back-of-house cleanup with a rack-type, single-rack, front-load design. A powerful 5 HP pump motor drives jet spray arms to tackle baked-on food soils on stock pots, sheet pans, and mixing bowls. Built-in installation supports an efficient, ergonomic workflow in busy prep areas.
A 70 degree rise booster heater with tank heat helps maintain consistent wash temperatures for dependable results across shifts. Simple manual controls keep operation intuitive for staff. An external washdown hose with spray nozzle speeds interior rinsing between loads.
The unit arrives with a stainless steel rack with hold-down lid and a stainless steel insert for bun/sheet pans to secure ware during cycles. Its all stainless steel construction withstands heavy daily use and simplifies cleaning. A 10 pan capacity and a 28-1/2 inch door opening accommodate bulk cookware to keep production moving.
