A powerful 7.5 HP pump motor drives jet spray arms to blast away baked-on soils, while tank heat and a built-in booster deliver a 70 degree rise to help you hit sanitizing temperatures. The pass-through layout keeps your line moving, ideal for prep kitchens, bakeries, commissaries, and institutional operations. Use the external washdown hose to pre-rinse or clean the cavity between cycles for faster turnarounds.
Out of the box, the PP-12-PT accommodates up to 20 pans using the sheet-pan rack and secures utensils under a hold-down lid to ensure thorough coverage. This workhorse integrates neatly into existing workflows, helping teams reclaim time at the sink and maintain consistent cleanliness across mixed wares.
