This electric, boilerless convection steamer streamlines operation with automatic drain and water level controls. SureCook controls pair with a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and a manual continuous steaming bypass to handle everything from rapid retherm to long, gentle steaming. These tools help pace tickets and maintain consistent results during rushes.
A KleanShield interior and stainless steel exterior stand up to daily use and simplify clean-down. A left-hand hinged door with controls on the right suits line placement, while the ES26304066E equipment stand and 4" adjustable legs with flanged feet provide a stable, ergonomic working height.
