Product Description
The Steamcraft® Ultra 10 D pressureless steamer uses direct steam and two compartments to keep production organized and on schedule for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. Each compartment holds five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 pans, allowing teams to stage multiple batches side by side during demanding service periods. Electro-mechanical 60 minute timers provide clear cook cycles for straightforward line management and repeatable scheduling from batch to batch and shift to shift daily.
It features stainless steel construction and 6 inch stainless steel legs, providing a matching stainless exterior and support across the unit. The direct steam configuration specifies 20–50 psi incoming steam pressure and requires CLEAN steam. Electrical specification is 51 watts, 115v/60/1-ph.
