Power high-volume service with the Cleveland Steamcraft® Gemini™ 10 convection steamer, model 24CGA10.2. This pressureless, gas unit features two independent compartments, each with its own steam generator, delivering a combined 144,000 BTU to keep production moving. Load up to five 12 x 20 x 2.5-inch pans per compartment to batch-cook vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and proteins with consistent results.
Dial in performance with SureCook controls, a 60-minute mechanical timer, and a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming when demand spikes. A left-hand hinged door and right-side controls support efficient station layout, while the single treated and tap water connection simplifies setup. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and cleaning in busy kitchens.
Stabilize and level the steamer quickly with 6-inch adjustable legs and flanged feet. Use one compartment to retherm bulk sides while the other finishes delicate items, keeping your line organized and your service times tight.
