The Cleveland 36CDM16 is a two-compartment convection steamer engineered to move high-volume production with ease. Each compartment accommodates up to eight 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, letting kitchens batch, stage, and finish multiple menu items simultaneously. A compact 36" cabinet base helps conserve line space while supporting serious throughput for cafeterias, restaurants, and catering operations.
Solid state controls provide straightforward, dependable operation shift after shift. A 60-minute mechanical timer and manual continuous-steaming bypass switch let operators dial in cooking cycles or run uninterrupted for large batches and off-peak prep. This flexible control set streamlines workflow, from rapid retherm to gentle finishing.
