Built for busy teams, this direct steam kettle system sits on a 36 inch modular base to organize a compact cook station. Two 6 gallon, 2/3 steam jacketed kettles with lift-of covers and manual tilt help streamline batch production and controlled transfers. A 50 psi rating and stainless steel construction with a 316 series stainless steel liner support consistent, repeatable results across shifts.
The factory-assembled steam control kit is mounted on the kettle and includes needle type steam control valves, a steam trap, condensate strainer, check valve, nipple, and fittings. A double pantry faucet keeps water service within reach to speed setup and changeovers, while adjustable flanged feet simplify leveling during installation. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can rely on this configuration to improve workflow, space use, and presentation on the line.
