The Cleveland KGL100 gas stationary kettle powers through high-volume production with a 100-gallon capacity. A self-contained 2/3 steam jacket and 190,000 BTU gas heating deliver fast, even results for soups, stocks, sauces, chili, and pasta water.
Streamline workflow with a 2" tangent draw-off and integrated strainer that speed portions while keeping particulates out of drains.
