The Cleveland KGL40SH streamlines high-volume production with a 40-gallon, full steam jacket design that supports fast, even, and responsive heating. Gas-fired performance with 190,000 BTU helps you move from boil to gentle simmer with control, while the 37.5" rim height supports efficient, ergonomic workflows on the line.
Optimize batch cooking for stocks, chili, sauces, and braises, then portion cleanly through the 2" tangent draw-off with the included drain strainer. A faucet mounting bracket simplifies setup for a fill faucet, reducing trips to the sink and keeping prep and production moving.
Solid-state temperature controls and a dedicated power on/off switch deliver precise, repeatable results across shifts. A spring-assisted cover and durable stainless steel kettle with stainless support arms are built for daily commercial use, and the 50 psi jacket rating supports demanding cooking applications.
