This 60-gallon, gas-powered kettle features a full steam jacket for rapid, even heating across the entire cooking surface. A 37.5" rim height streamlines access for stirring, monitoring, and transferring product on busy lines.
Deliver consistent results from gentle simmers to rolling boils using solid-state temperature controls and a convenient power on/off switch. The 50 psi rating and 190,000 BTU output support quick heat-up and steady recovery to keep batches moving. Ideal for simmering stocks, reducing sauces, cooking chili, or preparing oatmeal and stews.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel kettle and support arms provide lasting durability. A spring-assisted cover eases one-handed operation, while the 2" tangent draw-off with drain strainer speeds portioning and cleanup. A faucet mounting bracket is ready for a kettle fill faucet to further optimize workflow.
