Boost kitchen throughput with a pressure steamer engineered for direct steam efficiency. Two compartments each handle eight 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, so teams can cook, stage, and finish multiple items in parallel. Individual automatic timers keep cycles on track and help coordinate production during peak periods. This configuration supports rapid batch turnover for demanding service windows.
Designed for 5 psi direct steam, it includes a pressure regulating valve to maintain consistent operation as demand fluctuates. Cast aluminum doors and a stainless steel frame deliver sturdy construction, while four 6 inch adjustable legs with flanged feet simplify leveling and installation. A 115v/1-ph electrical requirement rounds out a practical package for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on reliable performance.
