Product Description
The Cleveland PDL3 is a direct steam pressure steamer configured with three separate compartments and a stainless steel frame. Each compartment holds eight 12 inch by 20 inch by 2-1/2 inch deep pans, providing identical capacity in each section of the unit. Construction details include a stainless steel frame, cast aluminum doors, and four 6 inch adjustable legs with flanged feet.
Designed for 5 psi direct steam, the PDL3 includes a pressure regulating valve and is specified for direct steam operation at that pressure level. Each compartment is equipped with individual automatic timers for timing in each compartment, matching the three-compartment layout design. The electrical specification for this pressure steamer is 115v/1-ph, and the unit remains a three-compartment, direct steam design.
