The Cleveland PGM3003 pressure steamer drives production with a gas-heated boiler rated at 300,000 BTU. Three compartments allow kitchens to steam vegetables, proteins, and starches simultaneously to keep service moving. A 36" cabinet base provides a solid platform in busy back-of-house spaces.
Manual controls and a 60-minute mechanical timer support straightforward, repeatable operation across shifts.
