The Cleveland ST28KDT12T pairs the Model KDT12T direct steam, tilting kettle with the ST28 equipment stand to create an efficient cooking station. This 12-gallon unit features a 2/3 steam jacket design and stainless steel construction with a 316 series stainless steel liner. A single support arm and a right-hand valve with matching tilt handle support streamlined, right-side operation.
The ST28 stand measures 28 by 26 inches and 18 inches high, with a stainless steel top and legs and an open base that incorporates a sliding drain drawer and splash screen. The layout allows the unit to be hard piped to a floor drain for fixed drainage routing. An integrated splash screen accompanies the sliding drain drawer on the open-base stand.
