Product Description
This direct steam, tilting kettle has a 6-gallon capacity and a 2/3 steam jacket design, featuring a stainless steel exterior finish with a 316 series stainless steel liner. A single support arm supports the kettle, and the setup includes a right-hand valve and tilt handle for operation. It is configured for direct steam operation.
Mounted on an equipment stand with an open base, a sliding drain drawer, and a splash screen, the unit measures 28 inches by 26 inches and is 18 inches high. The stand provides a stainless steel top and legs and allows the unit to be hard piped to a floor drain. The sliding drain drawer and splash screen are part of the stand assembly for the unit.
