Place it on the cookline to shorten ticket times while maintaining consistent results.
Operators can load, set, and move on with a 60-minute mechanical timer, or switch to manual bypass for continuous steaming when volumes spike. A left-hand hinged door with right-side controls fits common line layouts, helping crews stage pans and rotate batches efficiently. The split water connection and steam shut-off switch support smooth changeovers and safe operation.
Automatic boiler blowdown reduces cleanup and keeps performance steady across shifts.
