The Cleveland 22CET6.1 SteamChef™ 6 convection steamer delivers high-volume performance in a compact, countertop footprint. Its boilerless design streamlines maintenance for busy operations.
SureCook controls feature a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and a manual continuous steaming bypass to handle rolling production and delicate items alike. The left-hand hinged door and right-side controls support smooth workflows, allowing operators to load, monitor, and rotate pans efficiently.
A KleanShield™ interior promotes cleaner operation, while automatic drain and water level controls simplify daily use.
