ENERGY STAR® recognition supports efficient operation in high-volume kitchens.
Streamline workflow with a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming. A left-hand hinged door and right-side controls aid line placement and ergonomic loading, while automatic drain and water level controls simplify day-to-day operation.
Built for the rigors of foodservice, it features a stainless steel exterior and a KleanShield™ interior to help maintain a clean cooking environment. Standard treated and tap water compatibility, plus 4" adjustable legs with flanged feet, make it easy to situate, level, and clean beneath the unit.
