Operate with confidence using a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and a manual continuous steaming bypass for hands-on control. Left-hand hinged doors and right-side controls streamline station layout, while automatic drain and water level controls help maintain consistent performance. The KleanShield interior supports clean steaming and fast turnarounds between batches.
Built for busy kitchens, this unit features a stainless steel exterior and 4" adjustable legs with flanged feet on the ES26304466G equipment stand.
