Boost throughput in busy kitchens with the CMA Dishmachines 180-TS pot & pan dishwasher. Its straight-thru, split-door design provides 27-inch clearance for bulky stock pots and trays while moving racks smoothly from loading to rinse. High-temperature sanitizing and a built-in 7.0 kW, chemical-resistant tank heater power through heavy soils at up to 60 racks per hour.
Streamline operation with a top-mounted control box featuring auto start/stop and automatic tank fill, so staff can focus on production. The automatic soil purging system and external Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator reduce downtime and cleanup. Interchangeable wash arms with a pull-pin design make changeouts and maintenance quick.
Engineered in durable stainless steel with a 1 HP wash pump, the 180-TS tackles sheet pans, hotel pans, kettles, and mixing bowls all day. Field convertible configuration supports evolving layouts and workflows. Ideal as a door type pot washer for commissaries, schools, and high-volume restaurants.
