Streamline glass care at the bar and back-of-house with the CMA Dishmachines 181 VL, an undercounter Energy Mizer® glasswasher built for hot-water sanitizing. Its heat recovery system and built-in Safe-T-Temp booster deliver a 180°F final rinse while requiring only a cold-water hookup. Digital LED temperature gauges and top-mounted controls help staff verify temperatures quickly.
Turn cleanware fast during peak service—this unit processes up to 20 racks per hour and accepts standard 19-3/4" x 19-3/4" glass racks. An 11-1/4" door clearance accommodates taller stemware and mugs used in cocktail programs, taprooms, and banquet bars. Upper and lower stainless steel arms paired with a 1 HP wash pump provide consistent coverage.
Simplify workflow with auto fill, integrated detergent and rinse chemical pumps, and a pump drain system. The stainless steel cabinet stands on 6" legs for easier floor cleaning. ENERGY STAR®, NSF, and cULus listings support compliance-driven operations.
