The CMA Dishmachines EST-66 Energy Mizer conveyor dishwasher drives high-volume warewashing in busy kitchens. With left-to-right flow, a dual-tank design, and capacity for 249 racks per hour, it keeps your line moving during peak service. A 19" dish clearance accommodates tall wares while conserving footprint at 66"W x 25-1/8"D x 56-1/2"H.
Choose low-temp chemical or high-temp sanitizing to meet operational and code requirements. A four-stage sequence—two wash zones, power-heated rinse, and final rinse—pairs with electric tank heat and a power rinse heater for dependable results. Auto start/stop, auto fill, automatic water control, and an automatic soil purging system streamline training and daily workflow.
Built in stainless steel with a scrap accumulator and removable curtains, the EST-66 is engineered for durability and easy cleanup. A table limit switch and rack save clutch help prevent jams. Includes one open rack and one peg rack, with UL, cULus, ETL-Sanitation, and ENERGY STAR certifications.
