The Energy Mizer CMA Dishmachines GW-100 glasswasher powers high-volume beverage service with low-temperature chemical sanitizing that washes up to 1,000 2-1/2" glasses per hour. Keep pace during peak rounds while maintaining consistent results across your glassware.
An 11-3/4" glass clearance accepts a wide range of glass sizes, while the Poly Pro™ circular conveyor moves pieces smoothly through each stage. A glass-activated on/off stop speeds workflow and helps reduce idle run time. Built-in chemical pumps with primer switches simplify dosing and changeovers.
Double-walled stainless steel construction stands up to busy back-bar environments. Splash curtains, a front-mounted drain tray and scrap collector, and internal storage for three 1-gallon containers keep the station orderly and efficient. Optional rinse temperature accommodates different sanitizing programs for varied operations.
