The CMA Dishmachines UC65E undercounter dishwasher accelerates dishroom productivity in tight footprints. Its high temperature sanitizing system with a built-in 4.0 kW booster helps you turn racks quickly while keeping service areas organized. Install it beneath counters in bars, cafes, or satellite prep stations to streamline traffic and workflows.
Process up to 30 racks per hour to stay ahead of peak periods. A 14-1/2" door opening accommodates taller wares, while upper and lower stainless steel rotating wash and rinse arms provide consistent coverage. ENERGY STAR performance supports efficient operation shift after shift.
A pumped drain offers flexible placement where gravity drains aren’t available. Triple filtering protection helps maintain water quality and safeguard internal components. Built-in detergent and rinse chemical pumps simplify chemical dosing for reliable results.
