Dial in service flow using responsive manual controls and a combined 48,000 BTU output. Put stockpots or sauté pans on the hotplate while holding even heat on the griddle for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or tortillas. A removable grease drawer streamlines cleanup to keep the station operating efficiently through peak periods.
