Two oven cavities streamline production from breakfast to prep and service. Four 31.5-inch by 21-inch wire racks and three rack positions per cavity let you stage batches, roast vegetables, or finish proteins as orders surge. Load and rotate with ease to keep pace during peak periods.
A 150°F–550°F thermostat with safety shut-off and 60,000 BTU total output deliver the range needed for everyday baking and roasting. A stainless steel exterior with porcelain and aluminized lining simplifies cleaning and stands up to heavy use. Six-inch legs aid sanitation, and NSF and ETL listings support code compliance.
