The Comstock-Castle 2F330-1.5RB-30B is a 72" gas range engineered to streamline high-volume production. It unites four star burners, an 18" griddle, a 30" char-broiler, and two extra wide ovens to keep multiple tickets moving without slowing the line. A stainless steel exterior and welded frame support daily, heavy-duty service.
Sear and sauté on four 24,000 BTU burners set beneath 12" square cast iron grates for stable pan support and even heat. Use the 18" griddle’s 3/4" thick plate with manual controls to hold steady temps for breakfast items, smash burgers, and sandwiches. Grill proteins and vegetables on the 30" char-broiler with angle iron radiants for consistent results across the rack.
Two extra wide 31" ovens with enamel bottoms and door linings handle batch roasting and baking while your top sections cook and finish. A 7" backguard, 6" stainless steel legs, and 2" clearance rating facilitate clean installation.
