The Comstock-Castle 2F330-24 is a 72" wide gas range built to accelerate high-volume workflows with eight burners, a 24" griddle, and two extra-wide 31" ovens. Chefs can sear, sauté, and simmer on star-pattern burners rated at 24,000 BTU each over 12" square cast iron grates. A welded frame, stainless steel exterior, high shelf, and 6" stainless steel legs stand up to demanding service.
Leverage the 3/4" thick, manual-control griddle for pancakes, smash burgers, or breakfast rushes while roasts finish in the enamel-lined ovens. One rack in each oven helps stage bakes, casseroles, or sheet-pan production without slowing the cookline.
With a 2" clearance rating and a total of 292,000 BTU, this unit balances power with practical installation needs. NSF and cETLus compliance supports safety and sanitation objectives in restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens.
