The Comstock-Castle 2F330-24B is a 72" wide gas range engineered for fast-paced commercial kitchens. Chefs can sear, sauté, griddle, and roast simultaneously with eight open burners, a 24" raised griddle/broiler, and two extra-wide ovens. This configuration streamlines line service, batch prep, and à la carte cooking across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Each 24,000 BTU star burner pairs with a 12" square cast iron grate to support large stock pots and distribute heat evenly. The 3/4" thick griddle plate with manual controls delivers excellent heat retention for smash burgers, pancakes, or searing proteins, while the raised broiler is ideal for finishing, browning, or quick melts. Operators can shift from pan work to griddle tasks without breaking workflow.
A stainless steel exterior, back riser, and high shelf combine with a welded frame and 6" stainless steel legs for rugged stability and easy cleanup. With 302,000 BTU of total input, a 2" clearance rating, and NSF and cETLus listings, the unit supports demanding service with confidence.
