The Comstock-Castle 2F330-2RB-24B is a 72" wide commercial gas range that streamlines busy cooklines with a powerful, multi-station setup. Four star burners, a raised 24" griddle, a 24" char-broiler, and two extra-wide ovens consolidate high-volume tasks in one footprint.
Sear, sauté, and simmer on the 24,000 BTU burners with durable 12" square cast iron grates. Use the 3/4" thick manual griddle for all-day breakfast, sandwiches, and searing, while the char-broiler with stainless steel radiants handles steaks, chicken, and vegetables with attractive marks.
Built for the line, its stainless steel exterior, welded frame, and 7" backguard support daily service and easy cleanup. Dual 31" ovens with enamel bottoms and door linings accommodate roasting and baking, and the 6" legs and 2" clearance rating aid installation to code; NSF and cETLus listings support compliance.
