The Comstock-Castle 2F330-36-1RB gas range streamlines line workflow with a 72" wide cooktop configured for multi-station production. Four 24,000 BTU star burners, a 36" griddle with a 3/4" plate, and a 12" char-broiler give chefs the tools to sear, griddle, and char on a single platform.
Two extra-wide 31" ovens handle baking and roasting, each with enamel bottom and door lining for easy cleanup, plus one rack and three positions for flexible loading. Use the burners to simmer sauces while the griddle drives breakfast service and the char-broiler turns out steaks and vegetables.
Built with a stainless steel exterior, a 7" backguard, and 6" stainless steel legs, this range stands up to daily volume and cleans quickly.
