Use the front 24,000 BTU and rear 30,000 BTU burners with 12-inch square cast iron grates to simmer sauces or bring stockpots to a rapid boil. Shift to the 3/4-inch-thick griddle for breakfast staples or smash burgers, then move proteins to the charbroiler’s iron radiants for defined grill marks.
Two extra-wide 31-inch ovens, each enamel lined with one rack and three positions, expand capacity for roasting pans, sheet trays, and finishing. A stainless-steel exterior, welded frame, 7-inch backguard, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and alignment, while the 2-inch clearance rating supports space-efficient installs.
