Built for busy lines, the Comstock-Castle 2FSU330 is a 72" gas range featuring twelve 24,000 BTU step-up star burners for a total of 358,000 BTU. 12" square cast iron grates steady large stock pots and sauté pans while delivering strong, even heat. Equip your cookline to sear, boil, and simmer multiple stations at once.
Two large 31-1/2" ovens expand capacity for baking, roasting, and finishing orders during peak service. Each oven includes one rack, and enamel bottom and door linings support durability and cleanability. Stage sheet pans or casseroles while the top stays in full production.
A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly. The back riser and high shelf keep tools and pans organized, and 6" stainless steel legs provide sturdy support and clearance for cleaning. The step-up burner layout improves visibility and access to rear cookware, streamlining workflow for chefs and operators.
