This 24" countertop gas radiant charbroiler fits tight lines while delivering even heat for consistent results. Use it to speed turn-around during rushes without sacrificing mark quality.
Reversible cast iron grates switch between flat and sloped positions to manage runoff or maximize contact, supporting different menu items and presentations. Inverted "V" angle iron radiants help spread heat and limit flare-ups, keeping tickets moving. A 4" stainless steel splash guard helps contain mess on busy stations.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel frame, the Comstock-Castle 3224RB stands up to daily high-volume service. A built-in grease trough and removable drawer streamline cleanup, while 4" adjustable feet level the unit on uneven surfaces.
