A 12" x 24" charbroiler sits alongside a 24" x 24" griddle, letting teams grill and sear while simultaneously frying, toasting, or finishing. The 36" W x 32" D frame integrates easily into cooklines and pass-through stations.
Drive steady service with 80,000 BTU and three manual controls that create independent cooking zones. Cast iron grates can be set sloped or flat over an iron radiant to match menu needs—from steaks and skewers to vegetables and buns.
A 1" thick griddle plate holds heat for even recovery during rushes. Stainless steel splash guards on three sides and insulated stainless steel sides help maintain a cleaner, cooler workspace, while 5" stainless steel legs provide sturdy, sanitary clearance.
