The Comstock-Castle 3236OB countertop gas hotplate powers busy lines with six star burners. Each delivers 24,000 BTU for a combined 144,000 BTU to boil, sear, and sauté on demand. A 36" wide x 32" deep footprint adds capacity without reworking your line.
Dial in heat with manual controls for each burner to juggle sauces, stocks, and sauté pans at once. A 12" wide cast iron grate supports heavy pots for stable use. The stainless steel exterior finish is built for daily service in high-volume operations.
