Its 42" W x 32" D footprint unites an 18" x 21" broiler and a 24" x 24" x 1" thick griddle to centralize grilling and frying in one station. Deliver sear-to-serve speed with 90,000 BTU output designed for demanding service.
Cast iron grates can be set sloped or flat over iron radiants to manage drainage and grill marks on steaks, chicken, or vegetables. The broad griddle provides ample surface area for batch cooking of eggs, pancakes, and smash burgers. Four manual controls let chefs zone heat for breakfast rushes, lunch turns, or à la carte tickets.
A stainless steel exterior and three-side splash guards help contain mess and simplify wipe-downs between orders. Four 4" stainless legs provide countertop clearance and stable placement on the line. NSF compliance supports use across regulated commercial kitchens.
