Drive throughput on a busy line with the Comstock-Castle 3248-24-2RB, a countertop gas charbroiler and griddle combination built for demanding service. Spanning 48 inches wide on a 32-inch deep frame, it delivers two full 24" x 24" cooking zones in a single footprint. Keep breakfast, burgers, and sides moving without swapping stations.
The 3/4" thick griddle plate promotes even heat and dependable searing. Opposite, the 24" x 24" broil surface uses cast iron grates with iron radiants and can be set sloped or flat to suit proteins and grease management.
Four manual controls give operators direct control across zones, while stainless steel splash guards on three sides help contain flare and splatter. A stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs support rigorous daily use and easy cleanup. With 110,000 BTU, this unit keeps pace through peak periods.
