The Comstock-Castle 3254-30-2RB countertop gas combination pairs a 30" x 24" x 1" griddle with a 24" x 24" charbroiler across a 54" wide x 32" deep frame, helping teams move seamlessly from breakfast to dinner service. Griddle pancakes, eggs, or smash burgers while simultaneously grilling steaks, chicken, or vegetables.
Six manual controls provide independent zone management across the griddle and broiler, helping balance tickets during peak periods. With a total 132,000 BTU, this unit supports back-to-back orders without reshuffling the line.
Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel exterior, stainless steel splash guards on three sides, and sturdy 4" stainless steel legs for cleaning access. Cast iron broiler grates can be set sloped or flat over an iron radiant, giving operators control over presentation and drainage on the grill side.
