Handle sautéing, simmering, and boiling on two 24,000 BTU cast iron star-pattern burners while the 36" x 24" x 1" thick griddle tackles high-volume searing and browning. At the same time, the 24" x 24" broil area delivers distinct grill marks and flavor—ideal for steaks, burgers, and charred vegetables.
Dial in production with seven manual controls that create independent cooking zones and keep service flowing during peak periods. Cast iron charbroiler grates can be set sloped or flat over iron radiants to suit menu needs, and stainless steel splash guards on three sides help contain splatter. Built with a stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs, this 183,000 BTU workhorse is engineered for demanding restaurant, hotel, and institutional kitchens and is NSF listed.
