Product Description
Purpose-built for demanding kitchens, the Comstock-Castle 36PS-SS equipment stand supports compatible countertop appliances while preserving line efficiency. Its 36 inch width, 26-1/2 inch depth, and 34 inch height position units for comfortable operation and streamlined workflow. A stainless steel top, lower shelf, and legs provide dependable support service after service.
Raised side and back corner flanges help keep equipment in place during loading, cleaning, and peak production. Stage smallwares or sheet pans on the lower shelf to speed ticket times and maintain an organized station. Designed specifically for Models PO31 and B31N, it integrates cleanly into cooklines and production areas.
Use it to consolidate footprints on the line, back-of-house prep, or mobile service setups. Note: generic 36 inch stands may not accommodate Castle appliances without legs.
