The Comstock-Castle 3824TG thermostatic countertop gas griddle streamlines line work with a 24" wide x 30" deep, 3/4" thick polished steel plate set in a 24" wide x 38" deep frame. Delivering 60,000 BTU, it supports searing proteins, caramelizing onions, and turning out breakfast staples throughout service. A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily rushes while presenting a clean, professional look.
Dial in separate zones with two thermostat controls to stage menu items or manage peak periods. Chefs can hold pancakes on one side while finishing burgers or grilled sandwiches on the other, helping optimize ticket times and workflow.
