The Comstock-Castle 3860TG Diner Series countertop gas griddle streamlines high-volume cooking for busy lines and cafeterias. A 60-inch by 30-inch, 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate spreads heat evenly and recovers quickly during rushes.
Five independent thermostat controls create distinct temperature zones so chefs can stage pancakes, eggs, and proteins side by side without slowing the ticket flow. A 4-inch rear and end splash guard contains splatter, while the 3-1/2-inch front trough channels runoff into a large removable drawer to speed cleanup.
