Its 24-inch-wide x 27-inch-deep frame fits compact cooklines while offering a 24" x 19.4" cooking surface to handle breakfast rushes, short-order tickets, and all-day menus. A 5/8" smooth, highly polished steel plate promotes excellent contact for searing, browning, and finishing.
Boost throughput with 60,000 BTU of gas power and two manual controls that let operators dial in heat for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and melts on the same surface. Three-inch splash guards on the back and ends help contain mess, keeping adjacent stations cleaner and safer during peak service.
Speed cleanup and turnover between dayparts using the 3" wide front grease trough and removable grease drawer.
