The Comstock-Castle CCEGG48 countertop gas griddle streamlines high-volume cooking with a 48-inch width and a 27-inch deep frame that fits busy cooklines. Its expansive 48" x 19.4" cooking surface features a smooth, highly polished 3/4" thick steel plate with welded seams, built to handle breakfast sets, short-order favorites, and seared proteins throughout service. Four manual controls let cooks dial in heat where it’s needed to keep tickets moving.
Engineered for efficient workflow, the 3" splash guards on the back and ends help contain mess, while a 3" wide front grease trough and removable grease drawer speed end-of-shift cleanup. A stainless steel front, galvanized sides, and 4" stainless steel legs deliver durability and stability for restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations. With 120,000 BTU of gas power, this griddle supports consistent throughput on demanding lines.
