The Comstock-Castle CCEGT24 countertop gas griddle helps busy kitchens move faster while maintaining consistency. Its 24-inch-wide frame saves line space yet delivers a 24" x 19.4" cooking surface for breakfast favorites, smash burgers, and seared vegetables. A smooth, highly polished 5/8" steel plate stores heat and distributes it evenly for repeatable results across the surface.
Operators can fine-tune workflow with two thermostat controls, creating separate zones for varied menu items and hold temps. A 3-inch splash guard on the back and ends contains splatter, protecting adjacent stations and simplifying cleanup between rushes.
Grease is managed efficiently by a 3-inch-wide front trough that feeds a removable drawer, speeding end-of-shift sanitation. Built with a stainless steel front, galvanized sides, and sturdy 4-inch stainless steel legs, this griddle is ready for daily service. With 60,000 BTU and cETLus, ETL-Sanitation compliance, it suits restaurants, concessions, and institutional foodservice.
