The Comstock-Castle CCEPO19 countertop electric pizza oven helps busy kitchens move orders fast. Two 19¼" x 18¾" hearth decks with 3" deck clearance allow simultaneous baking of pizzas, flatbreads, and appetizers while keeping a compact 23" W x 25" D x 21" H footprint. Ideal for pizzerias, cafes, concessions, and ghost kitchens.
Dial in results with a wide 285°F to 680°F range and a straightforward 15-minute timer for repeatable bake cycles. Stage slices during rushes, finish par-baked shells, or reheat orders without tying up your primary cooking equipment.
A stainless steel finish and SS adjustable leveling legs handle daily use and simplify cleaning. The unit connects to 240V single-phase power (2850 watts, 12 amps) via a 6-foot cord with a NEMA 6-20P plug, streamlining installation on the line.
