The Comstock-Castle CCHG-36T-1 thermostatic countertop gas griddle drives high-volume efficiency with a 36" x 22-1/2" cooking surface on a 36" W x 30" D frame. Its 1" thick, smooth, highly polished steel plate promotes even heat distribution and heat retention for steady performance. Put it to work on breakfast rush items, smash burgers, and fajita vegetables while maintaining consistency.
Dial in production with three thermostat controls to stage different menu items across the plate. Keep the line cleaner with 4" splash guards on the back and ends that help contain spatter. A 3" wide front grease trough and removable drawer speed cleanup and minimize downtime between turns.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and 4" stainless steel legs, this unit is engineered for daily service on busy lines. Delivering 90,000 BTU, it supports throughput during peak periods and carries NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation listings.
